We are one of the most successful aviation recruitment specialists with over 25 years' experience. We are looking for an ambitious, sales-driven experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who will play a pivotal role in the growth of our brand.
The focus will be to sell temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to clients within the commercial aviation industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right Senior Consultant to progress into a Branch Manager role. We offer full management training, and the successful candidate will eventually build and lead their own team.
Based in our East Midlands Airport office (DE74 2SA), this role will involve minor travel to UK airports to attend client meetings and conduct market mapping activities. A Driver's licence is essential for this role.
