Your Role as a 360 Consultant

This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you’ll be responsible for both client acquisition and candidate delivery. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them navigate hiring challenges and build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Business development: Identify and win new client relationships across the finance and accountancy sector.
• Client engagement: Build and maintain strong partnerships through meetings, networking, and tailored recruitment strategies.
• End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer stage.
• Creative advertising: Write compelling job adverts that attract top talent.
• Candidate sourcing and interviewing: Identify, assess, and present the best candidates in the market.
• Marketing and representation: Promote your candidates and services through innovative campaigns.
