As we expand our US Cloud Division, we’re seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant who thrives in fast-paced markets and knows how to deliver results.


The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to grow within our US Cloud Market. You'll have full autonomy, support in your development, and the chance to work with some of the best in the industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of your 360-desk in the booming US Tech market, specializing in high-demand areas like Cloud, Data and ERP.
  • Partner with some of the most exciting tech companies across the US - from hyper-growth startups to established enterprise clients - building relationships that last.
  • Discover and deliver elite tech talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement in both permanent and contract roles.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, helping to shape our growth strategy and influence the future direction of the US Tech team.
  • Smash your billing targets in a supportive, performance-driven culture where success is recognized - and heavily rewarded.


✅ Requirements:

  • You’ve run a 360 desk and understand Global Tech markets - from client calls to closing deals, you thrive across the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience in Cloud, Data or ERP recruitment? Even better. You speak the language of high-growth tech and understand what top-tier talent looks like.
  • Consistent billing with a growth mindset. You’ve got a proven track record of achieving targets and building long-term partnerships, on both sides of the desk.
  • Self-motivated. You’re confident working independently and can drive results without someone looking over your shoulder. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and market insight skills.
  • A natural communicator and confident negotiator. You know how to influence, engage, and close - whether you're pitching to a CTO or coaching a candidate through an interview/offer process.
