MedicsPro—one of the UK’s leading medical recruitment agencies—is growing in Romford. We’re hiring an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to own the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing healthcare talent to managing client relationships and delivering placements.

What you’ll do:

• Run the end-to-end 360 process (candidates & clients)
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals & hiring managers
• Source for temp & perm roles across the medical sector
• Deliver excellent candidate care and service
• Keep everything sharp & compliant in our CRM
• Hit KPIs & team targets—and celebrate the wins

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years 360 recruitment experience (healthcare/medical preferred)
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Happy to work onsite in Romford (Mon–Fri)
