We specialise in Permanent and Contract airside recruitment solutions, executive search, airside vetting and pre-employment screening, as well as RPO services.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Delivery Consultant to work with our Recruitment Delivery team, supporting with high-volume recruitment campaigns for a wide range of airport roles.

The role will be based at our London Heathrow Airport office (SL3 0AA) for four days per week, with one remote working day ( after probation).

This role will require regular travel to Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton airports to facilitate and manage assessment days and attend client meetings.

The role also involves occasional weekend work, typically once per quarter, to support assessment days and help achieve recruitment targets. Time off in lieu will be provided for any weekend work.

The position will initially be a 2-year fixed-term role ; however, a permanent role will be offered subject to contract extension.
