THE ROLE: Supervise recruitment projects with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance. Responsible for the entire recruitment process advertising roles, candidate selection and finalising the agreement between the employer and new recruit. Continuous business development with the acquisition of new customers. Designing Search Plans, Mapping, and Headhunting Interviewing candidates and assisting in the preparation of interviews, while assessing applicants’ soft skills and aptitudes.
