We are hiring a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, supporting a high-profile portfolio of multi-site retail clients, including major supermarkets.

• Top-Tier Salary:£48,900 (inclusive of a £3,000 London Location Allowance)

Engineers currently average an additional £12,000+ per year.

??? What Youll Be Doing: The Role

Youll be an essential part of our mobile engineering force, ensuring mission-critical supermarket refrigeration systems operate at peak performance across your dedicated patch.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Expert diagnostics and fault-finding.
• Proactive planned maintenance and servicing.
• High-quality repairs and remedial works.
• Delivering exceptional customer service as the face of our company.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced mobile role where your technical expertise directly impacts our clients' operationsno two days are ever the same.

? What Were Looking For: Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you must be a dedicated professional with:

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven, hands-on refrigeration engineering experience.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079).
• CO2 qualification (essential for our client portfolio).
• Specific Supermarket/Retail refrigeration experience.
• Valid, clean UK driving licence.
