Job Description

Due to growth and new contracts, we're looking for an additional Senior Regional Service Engineer to join a dedicated service team, where you'll play a key role in upholding the brand and delivering outstanding service to customers.\n\nThis is a hands on, field based role, focused on the service and repair of industrial and municipal cleaning equipment. You'll be representing a globally respected company with a strong customer first approach.\n\nLocation Requirements\n\nThis is a field-based role covering the North West. We are open on location and welcome applications from engineers based across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.\n\nKey Responsibilities for the Senior Engineer\n\nService, maintain and repair a wide range of cleaning equipment\nDiagnose faults and complete accurate service reports\nPlan and manage your daily workload with the Service Manager and Scheduler\nTake ownership of your area, ensuring service standards and performance are met\nManage van stock and parts effectively\nSupport and coach other engineers where needed\nIdentify potential sales leads\nBuild strong, professional relationships with customersWhat You'll Need\n\nStrong experience across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or diesel equipment\nBackground in municipal, FLT, plant hire, HGV or similar industries (ideal)\nConfident diagnosing complex faults and working independently in the field\nAble to manage your own workload and take responsibility for your area\nGood IT skills and experience completing service reports\nFull UK driving licence\nWillingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays\nPassport ( for possible training in Germany)What's in it for You\n\nSalary up to £41,110\nOTE £50,000+ with overtime\nLondon weighting (£300 per month where applicable)\nFully expensed company van (optional personal use)\nAll tools provided\n25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off\nPension, health plan, sick pay & critical illness cover\nEnd of year discretionary bonus\nStaff discounts and social events\nOngoing training and career developmentTraining & Onboarding\n\nYou'll follow a structured 12 week training programme, including factory led courses and hands-on support, working alongside experienced engineers with ongoing development
