A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Reservations Coordinator to join our Sales & Events team at Warwick Conferences at the world leading University of Warwick.


About You

Warwick Conferences is seeking a commercially astute and detail-driven Senior Reservations Coordinator to lead our bedroom reservations function, driving occupancy, rate performance and effective business mix across individual, group and university bookings.


Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will contribute to the overall selling strategy of Warwick Conferences — ensuring effective yield management, accurate pricing across all channels, and strong collaboration with Sales and Events to convert opportunities into confirmed business.


Beyond revenue delivery, this role is pivotal in shaping the customer journey. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will ensure every booking interaction is handled with precision, professionalism and care. From data accuracy and system integrity to clear communication with Front of House, your attention to detail will underpin a smooth and exceptional guest experience.


In addition, you will lead and develop the reservations team, fostering a culture focused on service excellence, relationship building and revenue generation.


This is a role for someone who understands that reservations is more than processing bookings — it is about protecting revenue, safeguarding the guest experience and delivering commercial performance through meticulous execution.


Working hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm Friday 9am - 4pm.


Hybrid working pattern Mon & Fri WFH Tues,Weds,Thurs in the office.
