The Role As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading shifts, supporting colleagues, and ensuring high-quality care is consistently delivered to each young person in the home. You will take an active role in safeguarding, mentoring junior staff, and supporting young peoples development through care planning, education, and therapeutic activities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage care shifts, ensuring routines are followed and young people are safe, engaged, and supported.
Oversee implementation of individual Placement Plans and contribute to their ongoing review.
