Senior Residential Support Worker Key Responsibilities Lead shifts and support staff across daily operations

Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

Manage young peoples behaviours and respond appropriately to incidents

Supervise staff and support their development

Complete management tasks set by the Registered Manager

Support with staff inductions and act as a point of delegation

Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in residential childcare

Strong understanding of safeguarding

Confident leading shifts and supporting staff teams
