An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Support Worker / Care Team Leader to join a well-established care provider offering residential and supported accommodation services for children and young people with emotional or behavioural needs. As a Senior Residential Support Worker / Care Team Leader , you will be leading a team that delivers high-quality care and support to young individuals within a residential setting. This full-time role offers a salary range of up to £14.50 per hour with sleep-ins (paid at £50 per night) and benefits.
