Job Opportunity: Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker – Coventry Salary: £33,000 per annum + Sleep-in shift allowance (£60 per shift) Shift Pattern: 7:30am - 10:00pm on a rolling rota of 2 days on, 4 days off (Sleep-in shifts required)
Are you an experienced Children’s Residential Support Worker looking for your next step in a senior role? We are recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker for a solo provision in Coventry, supporting a young person with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity to take on more responsibility, offer leadership, and make a lasting impact on a young person’s life.
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will not only provide high-quality, hands-on care but also lead and mentor a team of residential support workers. Your leadership will help ensure that the young person’s emotional and behavioural needs are met in a structured, supportive, and nurturing environment. You'll also receive the incredible opportunity to be enrolled on a Youth Worker Degree Apprenticeship right away, enabling you to earn and learn in the process.
