Are you ready to take ownership of a high-impact retail programme and turn strategy into measurable commercial success?As our Senior Retail Programmes Manager, youll be at the centre of it all. Driving the strategy, execution and evolution of a flagship ambassador programme for Samsung.Youll connect insight, people and performance to influence how products are experienced, recommended and ultimately sold.WHAT YOULL BE UP TO:Own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of a seeded ambassador programme across retail and contact centre partners, ensuring it drives engagement and sell-outPartner with senior stakeholders to build long-term plans that increase influence and maximise ROILead rollout plans across multiple channels, tailoring delivery to partner needs and business prioritiesLine manage and develop your team, creating a high-performing, results-focused environmentAnalyse programme performance across sell-out, engagement and training metrics, turning insight into actionBuild strong, credible relationships across internal teams, partners and agencies to drive alignment and successOwn budgets, forecasts and timelines, ensuring programmes are delivered efficiently and effectivelyContinuously review performance, identifying opportunities to improve and evolve programmesStay close to the field, using real-world feedback to strengthen programme deliverySupport product launches and key events with best-in-class programme executionDeliver clear, insight-led reporting that demonstrates the value and impact of your programmesARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?Proven experience managing retail or field-based programmesStrong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret performance and drive ROIConfident communicator with the ability to influence at all levelsExperience leading and developing peopleHighly organised with strong project management skillsAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive, solution-focused and results-drivenExperience working across client and agency environmentsUnderstanding of budgets, forecasting and performance metricsWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM USCompetitive Salary: £53,000 - £58,000 Per Annum + 10% Bonus + Company CarCompany Sick Pay + Life Assurance: 4 times your annual salaryAccess to a range of discounts and perks across our key partners & beyondDevelopment OpportunitiesWHO ARE WE?Blue Square combines best-in-class retail solutions, seamless product activation and flexible staffing that empowers brands to maintain control of their customer experience across their distribution channels.BUILD LOVE.
