WHAT YOULL BE UP TO: Own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of a seeded ambassador programme across retail and contact centre partners, ensuring it drives engagement and sell-out
Partner with senior stakeholders to build long-term plans that increase influence and maximise ROI
Lead rollout plans across multiple channels, tailoring delivery to partner needs and business priorities
Line manage and develop your team, creating a high-performing, results-focused environment
Analyse programme performance across sell-out, engagement and training metrics, turning insight into action
Build strong, credible relationships across internal teams, partners and agencies to drive alignment and success
Own budgets, forecasts and timelines, ensuring programmes are delivered efficiently and effectively
