We’re Hiring: Sales and Business Development Manager UK & Europe

Location: UK or Europe (frequent travel required)

We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Director of Business Development to lead growth across the UK and Europe.

This is a high-impact role for someone with charisma, strategic thinking, and proven experience in sales or business development

✅ What You’ll Do:

• Identify and grow high-value relationships with leading clients
• Represent the organisation at meetings, events, and key industry opportunities
• Craft and deliver compelling pitches tailored to each client’s unique needs
• Travel regularly across the UK and Europe to connect in person and build trust
• Be a trusted voice for the organisation

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in business development, sales, or client strategy
• Experience in architecture, design, property, or creative industries (agency side or client side)
• A confident communicator with a refined, consultative sales approach
• Willing to travel, pitch, and engage in-person
• Self-motivated, strategic, and passionate about high-quality creative work
