Senior Sales Account Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager for a growing services business based in the Knutsford area.
This role is an office-based role (hybrid working) and has responsibility over a team of approx. 6 people as well as responsibility over large accounts.
Reporting to the senior leadership this role is instrumental in the management of relationships of the business’s largest accounts as well as developing a team.
This role would very much suit someone from a commercial services business.
Day to day duties of the role will include;
* Full Account management of the large customers
* Attending to the full customer needs of large clients, maintaining relationships that are vital to the business
* Assessing customers’ requirements and developing the accounts where needed or able
* Keeping in touch with competitors to ensure services offered are competitive and up to date
* Pitching to new large corporate businesses
* Full management of a team of up to 6-8 Sales/Account Managers
* Setting targets and managing the team’s productivity
* Ensuring all sales leads are maximized to the benefit of the business
* Reporting to senior management and stakeholders on team performance and market trends
* Working closely with marketing to ensure the business is promoted to the correct target audience
The right candidate for this role will come from a commercial sales/account management background selling services to large corporate businesses. You will also have a strong account management background as well team management experience.
