We specialise in Microsoft Business Applications, AWS, DevSecOps, data experiences and pro‑code software engineering.Position OverviewWe are looking for a sales professional and future business leader with a demonstrable track record in software, professional services and solution selling, ideally to Central Government customers. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, high energy, natural relationship builder with strong leadership credentials.ResponsibilitiesLead sales opportunity pursuits into major existing accounts and new Public sector customers.Develop and own your own accounts and new business pursuits, forming effective and productive internal virtual team relationships.Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, prospect opportunities, qualify sales, construct, execute and lead complex selling campaigns.Manage virtual teams, pipeline and accurate sales forecasting.Own the sales functions’ contributions to proposition/bid writing and response to structured procurement processes.Required Experience10+ years of success in selling professional services, Agile software development and cloud software solutions to enterprise level customers.Experience leading major sales campaigns, engaging C‑suite level, culminating in deal values between £50k – £10M+.Experience selling software design, development/build and test professional service solutions.Experience selling Microsoft business applications and Azure solutions.Knowledge of solution selling into the Public Sector.Experience building, managing and executing opportunity, account and territory/sector sales plans.Evidence of building sustainable sales success through a consultative, relationship‑based approach.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Desirable ExperienceDegree level education.Wider IT industry experience enabling cross‑selling initiatives within Kerv Group.Experience selling open‑source and AWS‑based software solutions.Additional TraitsEnjoys working under their own direction with support when needed.Attention to detail and able to achieve win‑win outcomes through escalation handling.Works effectively with remote teams in India.Delivers on time to tight timescales.BenefitsReal flexibility – work from home, office or customer sites.Professional development support and training.Private healthcare and other standard benefits.Equal OpportunityBy submitting an application you agree to Kerv Digital’s recruitment policy.
