S enior Sales & Events Executive Location: London (with some travel outside London ) Salary: £40,000 + bonus

We are now seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Sales & Events Executive to join our growing team.

The Role This is a pivotal position combining business development, client relationship management, and event planning. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of outstanding events.

Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, private, and brand sectors Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to contract completion Develop tailored proposals and creative pitches that align with client briefs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning and delivery Contribute to overall sales strategy and growth targets Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and industry developments

About You

Proven experience in a sales ideally within catering, hospitality and events Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Confident working both independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required
