Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Your deliverables as a Senior Sales Executive will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Build and maintain customer success through active account management, creating opportunities to generate additional business.
- Maintain appropriate sales development activity to ensure a healthy pipeline.
- Proactively build relationships with all accounts, expanding influence within the account base.
- Manage complex enterprise sales processes, working with key stakeholders in product, business line, technology, and procurement.
- Use a consultative sales approach to develop account plans and identify specific needs for each bank.
- Be a trusted advisor and operate as the primary payments contact for Finastra within your assigned book of business.
- Build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Actively use CRM for account activity and reporting.
- Be responsive, reliable, and results-oriented.
- Travel may be required.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in outside sales representing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions, with knowledge of the banking vertical.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships and grow a book of business through consultative sales methodology.
- Ability to understand in-depth a client's business, identifying challenges and opportunities, and positioning solutions accordingly.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Deep product and industry knowledge, including market trends and competitive intelligence.
