We are seeking a driven Senior Sales Executive to take the lead on growing non-matchday business at . This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a passion for events, relationship-building, and revenue growth.
As Senior Sales Executive, your focus will be to maximise venue occupancy and revenue from all non-matchday opportunities. You will identify and convert new business leads, work with clients to tailor event packages, and build lasting relationships with local organisations and businesses.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a sales plan to grow non-matchday business, including conferences, meetings, banquets, exhibitions, training days, and private functions. Proactively generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, local marketing, and partnerships with businesses and community organisations. Manage inbound event enquiries from initial contact through to booking confirmation, ensuring a smooth and professional client journey. Maintain and nurture key accounts, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction. Collaborate with operations and kitchen teams to create compelling event packages and bespoke proposals. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets. Represent the venue and Elior brand at external networking and promotional events. Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and bookings in the CRM system. What We're Looking For Proven experience in sales within the events, hospitality, or venue hire sector. Strong knowledge of the West London area and local market opportunities. A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple enquiries and timelines. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
