Sponsorship Sales Executive - Events


Location: Fully Remote


Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (high earning potential)


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join a growing B2B events business operating in the technology sector.


This is a fully remote role offering a competitive £35k basic salary alongside a highly rewarding, uncapped commission structure with fantastic earning potential. Ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on closing deals and growing event revenue.


The Role

The Sponsorship Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of high-profile tech summits and award ceremonies.


The role requires someone who understands the full event lifecycle and can confidently manage sponsorship sales from prospecting through to event delivery and post-event follow-up.

This is a revenue-generating role suited to someone who is target-driven, resilient and confident engaging with senior-level decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sell sponsorship packages across tech-focused summits and awards
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Develop and grow new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the events portfolio
  • Work closely with production and marketing team to align on event positioning and sponsor deliverables
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting


Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven experience selling sponsorship for B2B events
  • Experience working a full show cycle (from launch through to event delivery and rebook)
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong new business development skills
  • Confident pitching to senior stakeholders within the tech industry
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, able to thrive in a fully remote environment
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
