We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance function, serving as a key partner in supporting and challenging the commercial organisation with rigorous financial analysis and insight. Sales performance & analytics
Own reporting on sales pipeline, bookings, ARR, conversion rates, and deal velocity Produce weekly and monthly sales performance reporting for senior leadership Analyse funnel performance, win/loss drivers, pipeline quality, and sales capacity Identify risks and opportunities in the pipeline and proactively surface insights
Forecasting & planning
Short-term and medium-term revenue forecasting Independently challenge sales forecasts using historical data, trends, and coverage analysis Support annual planning, quota setting, capacity modelling, and scenario analysis
Deal & commercial insight
Analyse pricing, discounting, contract term length, and deal structure trends Support deal reviews by providing data-led insight on risk, margin, and precedent Help standardise reporting for large, complex, and non-standard deals
Sales systems & data quality
Act as a HubSpot power user, ensuring data accuracy and consistency Improve pipeline discipline, reporting standards, and data hygiene Work with Sales / data team to enhance dashboards, workflows, and automation
Cross-functional partnering
Act as the analytical bridge between Finance and Sales Support ad-hoc analysis for board materials, investor discussions, and strategic initiatives Contribute to the continued development of a best-in-class, Finance-led commercial analytics capability
Experience
Previous experience in Sales Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, or FP&A (with significant exposure to sales data)
Skills
Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear commercial insight Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable working with large datasets Able to challenge assumptions constructively and confidently with senior stakeholders Highly structured, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
Mindset
Commercially curious and outcome-focused Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scaling environment Takes ownership, builds and improves processes rather than simply executing them Innovator, always looking for new ways to do things Low-ego, high-impact team player
Nice to have
SQL Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology-enabled business Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales motions Exposure to quota modelling, territory planning, or commission analytics Hands‑on experience with HubSpot
