What You’ll Be Doing
Coaching and motivating a team of Account Managers, New Business Managers, and SDRs Owning and executing the go-to-market strategy for a growing MSP portfolio Working closely with marketing and product teams to launch new services Managing the sales pipeline and driving conversion from lead to revenue Creating a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability Staying ahead of trends in the MSP and cybersecurity markets Reporting on team performance and contributing to strategic decisions
Main Skills Needed
Proven sales leadership experience in an MSP, cybersecurity, or tech-focused environment Strong personal sales track record with team management credentials Solid understanding of managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions Commercially sharp with a data-driven, results-focused approach Confident communicator with great influencing and coaching skills Comfortable using CRM and analytics tools to track performance
