LEC Robotics brings next-generation robotic systems for the hospitality, entertainment and leisure sectors in the UK market. We provide stable, reliable, innovative solutions for food & beverage, cleaning and wider facilities management alternatives to unreliable and expensive staffing challenges.  


We operate across multiple robotics categories including: 


  • Automated coffee and food service robotics 
  • Service and delivery robots 
  • Cleaning and facility robots 
  • Security and surveillance robots 
  • Industrial and warehouse automation 
  • Emerging autonomous systems for retail, hospitality, logistics, and commercial environments 


We are growing rapidly within the UK and across Europe, expanding our reach and our product line. We are in a pivotal position to work directly with top tier research and development facilities to bring cutting edge technology to growing markets.  


Role Purpose 


We are looking for someone with in depth sector knowledge (example considered sectors are Retail, Transport, Industrial spaces, Health Care, Building and Estate Management/Development, Hospitality & Leisure) with the ability to open the door and generate meaningful conversations that generate revenue and ongoing partnerships.  


This is a proactive, hand-on-selling role. We are not looking for someone to “strategise and plan growth”. This person is confident in getting on the phone, talking directly with potential clients, talking financials, pitching and negotiating successful agreements.  


You know your industry inside and out and can leverage connections and experience to generate leads and convert, ensuring that the sales pipeline is consistent.  


Key Responsibilities 


  • Proactively generate leads and manage ongoing pipeline 
  • Work with design team to generate effective marketing assets 
  • Direct and influence marketing based on potential markets and clients 
  • Identify and approach relevant clients using own experience and contacts as well as available tools 
  • Ensure that internal collaboration and communication is aligned to enable servicing of clients 
  • Build financial proposals and negotiate terms 
  • Manage full sales cycle and keep in touch strategy to add value to existing clients 
  • Curate upsell and cross sell opportunities within the product catalogue 
  • Support on site launches when necessary 
  • Manage and mentor sales team, ensuring consistency and targets are met 


Skills & Experience 


  • Proven experience selling products into relevant sector 
  • Experience on negotiating and winning large scale, national contracts 
  • Ability to self manage and motivate 
  • Previous use and management of pipeline of Hubspot (or similar CRM) 
  • Ability to drive sales across various channels (support from marketing) 
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone 
  • Professional and confident communicator with senior clients 


 The salary for this role comprises of a substantial base salary dependent on experience and a generous commission structure.
