WANTED! An experienced Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager required to negotiate property sales, support branch growth, increase market share, win instructions, and help lead a successful residential sales team in the Pinner area.

An independent Estate Agency in Pinner is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support branch performance and help develop a high-performing sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator ready to step up, or an existing Assistant Manager looking for a fresh challenge. The role focuses on generating new business, increasing instructions, and contributing to overall branch success.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Growing the property register through valuations and instructions
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the sales department
• Assisting in managing, mentoring, and motivating the sales team
• Maximising branch profitability and market share
• Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and applicants
• Contributing to sales strategy and achieving branch targets

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential estate agency sales
• Strong listing and valuation skills
• A successful track record in generating new business
• Experience supporting or managing a team (or ready to step up)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, well-presented, and enthusiastic approach
• Good local area knowledge (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Positive attitude and commitment to high standards
