We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with technical architects, developers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated Salesforce Consultant, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights on business processes, challenges, and goals.
• Elicit, document, and analyse business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Configure Salesforce (custom objects, fields, workflows, flows, etc.) aligned with the platform’s best practices.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Desired Skills:

• Salesforce certifications and hands-on expertise across various Salesforce clouds
• Experience in the Insurance domain

Experience Requirements:

• Total Experience: 8+ years
• Salesforce Experience: 8+ years (relevant)

Work Culture:

• Onsite (2 Days/Week)
