We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team covering High Wycombe and surrounding areas
Job Summary Perform regular maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of security systems to ensure optimal functionality. Diagnose and rectify faults quickly, effectively and efficiently. Perform reactive service visits as required to meet contracted customers service level agreements. Perform planned preventive maintenance visits as required in line with contracted customers service level agreements. Provide support and advice to clients regarding their security systems, addressing queries and offering solutions to resolve issues. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reactive service and planned preventive maintenance reports. Work closely with the service administration and engineering teams to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our clients.
