Location: Remote/ Head Office - flexible Engagement: Part-time / Contract Specialism: Special Educational Needs (SEN Leadership & Quality Assurance) Salary: Negotiable - to be discussed at interview Role Purpose We are a specialist SEN education organisation working exclusively with neurodiverse children and young people. The Senior SEN Lead role exists to provide strategic oversight, senior professional judgement, and quality assurance across all SEN provision within SENbrook. This role requires significant, demonstrable SEN expertise and is not suitable for general education professionals without senior SEN experience. Applications without clear senior SEN experience will not be progressed. Core Responsibilities Provide strategic oversight and quality assurance for SEN provision across the organisation Set, maintain, and uphold clear standards for SEN support Act as a senior escalation point for complex or high-need learner profiles Provide senior oversight and final approval of tutor suitability following recruitment screening Review tutor CVs, experience, and SEN backgrounds to ensure alignment with SENbrook standards Participate in senior-level interviews where required Ensure consistent, ethical, and well-documented SEN decision-making Provide internal guid...
