What You Can Expect

Work with agile best practices and cross‑functional teams, solving client problems. Live in‑person white‑boarding sessions with asynchronous communication on Teams. As Senior Service Designer, champion design excellence across projects and sectors, building design strategy and implementation. Lead complex design projects from strategy to execution, managing medium‑sized assignments, structuring workstreams, delivering outcomes, identifying risks, building client relationships, fostering teams. Produce exceptional design deliverables across the design spectrum, driving innovation and meeting deadlines. Build and mentor design teams; influence client decisions, contribute to business development. Balance internal projects with client deliverables, ensuring seamless integration of design and business objectives.

Qualifications Essential requirements (knit to be explicit below; this role will consider applicants who do not meet all listed items):

Problem‑solving and analytical thinking. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. Use of AI technologies for administrative tasks and innovation. Foundational knowledge of AI deployment for business needs and strategies. Expertise in end‑to‑end service design tools (blueprinting, swim lane development, journey, ecosystem, stakeholder, service mapping). Design and launch of digital products and services. Design strategy and implementation. UX/UI design. Client‑facing experience with strong relationships, ownership of outcomes, and proposal leadership.

Quick call with Tech Recruiter. Round 1 – competency or technical interview (60 minutes). Round 2 – the other of competency or technical interview (60 minutes). Final round – meeting with a PA leader, mini case study and discussion around client‑centricity (60 minutes).
