Full Time - up to £70,000


A leading digital services client that supports both public and private sector projects to deliver the best experiences for users is hiring for a Senior Service Designer UK-Wide. If you have experience in this field this role could be the role for you!


What You’ll have the Opportunity to do as a Senior Service Designer:

  • You’ll be leading strategic planning for different clients with the user at front of mind
  • Creating service maps, blueprints and value propositions
  • Provide recommendations and guidance on potential approaches to organisational problems
  • Generate concepts, proposals and plans for new service propositions, or to evolve and improve existing services.
  • Simplify information and processes focused on the user and how they’ll interact with a service.



About The Candidate

We’re looking for an experienced Service Designer to help design and improve services end-to-end


The right candidate will have:


  • Strong experience in user-centred design
  • Able to plan and run workshops, and create clear deliverables
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders and supporting agile teams
  • Experience with GDS (Government Digital Service) is a plus
  • Previous mentoring or team leadership experience is beneficial
