OverviewSenior Service Designer – London (Hybrid). We are seeking a Senior Service Designer to join a leading UK digital design consultancy, supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes for both public and private sectors.You’ll be an experienced Service Designer with at least 4-5 years of experience, ideally with a public sector or consulting background, and keen to grow within an expanding design practice.Base pay rangeLondon - HybridWhat you’ll doLead strategic planning for the client’s service with the user at the heart.Create service maps, value propositions or service blueprints.Provide advice and recommendations on potential approaches to organisational problems.Work to common goals and be the voice of the customer in the room.Generate concepts to evolve and improve existing services.Simplify complex information and processes focused on the user and how they’ll interact with a service.Your ideal backgroundExpert at designing services from end to end and improving existing services that are underperforming.Strong User-Centred design experience.Experience delivering workshops, proposals and assets.Experience with GDS is highly desired.Experience with mentoring or management is advantageous.The Package25 days annual leave + public holidaysTo hear more about how you can shape the future of digital services, get in touch with Connor Smyth at Anson McCade. #J-18808-Ljbffr
