The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join a highly respected UK-based construction contractor delivering projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, retail, residential, and industrial.
This is a key role for a proactive professional who can take ownership of the technical delivery on-site, lead engineering teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, accurately, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Oversight

Ensure works are carried out in line with design drawings, technical specifications, and industry regulations.

Maintain engineering quality and consistency across the site.
Setting Out & Surveying
*
Accurately mark out site features, foundations, utilities, and structural elements using modern surveying equipment.
*
Maintain precise records and as-built data for project documentation.
Quality Control
*
Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures to ensure all work meets project and regulatory standards.

Identify and resolve non-conformities quickly and effectively.
Health & Safety
*
Promote and enforce high standards of health and safety across the site.

Conduct risk assessments, deliver safety inductions, and contribute to the site’s safety culture.
