This is a key role within a well-established business known for delivering high-quality infrastructure and groundwork packages for major housebuilders.The RoleYou will take a senior position on site, responsible for overseeing engineering activities, managing junior engineers, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.Key ResponsibilitiesSetting out for roads, sewers, drainage, and foundationsOverseeing and mentoring Site Engineers and Junior EngineersManaging QA processes, including inspections and documentationCoordinating with Site Managers and subcontractorsEnsuring works are delivered in line with design drawings and specificationsSupporting programme delivery and resolving technical issues on siteRequirementsProven experience as a Senior Engineer within residential groundworksStrong setting out skills (GPS/Total Station)Excellent knowledge of roads, drainage, and housing infrastructureAbility to manage multiple workstreams and teamsCSCS card (essential)Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree preferred)PackageSalary: £75,000 £90,000Company car or car allowanceBonus schemePensionPrivate healthcareClear progression opportunities within a growing businessThis is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the North West and Midlands.JBRP1_UKTJ
