Senior Site Manager - Finishing

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with a proven background in the finishing stages of high-end residential apartment projects.
As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing all internal trades and finishing teams, ensuring works are delivered on time, within programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all internal and finishing subcontractors
*
Ensure quality standards are met across all trades and inspections
*
Regularly monitor site progress against the construction programme
*
Hold meetings with subcontractors to agree actions and resolve issues
*
Drive programme recovery where required
*
Maintain strict compliance with all health and safety regulations
*
Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and client expectations
Requirements:
*
Strong experience as a Senior Site Manager on high-end residential apartment schemes
*
Proven expertise in managing finishing stages and internals packages
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills
*
Strong understanding of H&S legislation and site compliance
*
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme control
