Job Title: Senior Site ManagerType: PermanentLocation:Near BasingstokeStart Date: April 2026Hours: 42 hours per weekSalary:£70,000 - £75,000 DOERole Overview:Senior Site Manager role with a leading Tier 1 main contractor, delivering high-end residential and heritage projects across the South of England and London.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate all aspects of project delivery in line with programme, quality, and commercial objectivesInspire, support, and manage site teams and subcontractors to achieve high performanceEstablish and maintain a project culture aligned with company valuesOversee planning, programming, logistics, risk management, and change controlEnsure consistently high standards of safety, quality, and site managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholdersDrive project progress and ensure alignment with key milestonesRequirements:Proven experience managing large, complex projects (£15m+) with a hands-on delivery approachStrong understanding of contracts and commercial matters, with the ability to adapt to changeSolid technical and construction knowledge with strong problem-solving skillsConfident use of planning tools such as Power Project (or similar) to maintain programme controlStrong people management skills, including delegation, coaching, and performance managementIn-depth knowledge of SHE regulations, compliance, and quality standardsEssential Qualifications / Tickets:SMSTSFirst AidInterview Process:2-stage interview processHow to Apply:Please email your CV through to- Suitable candidates will be contacted immediately due to the urgent start date #J-18808-Ljbffr
