Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of social housing planned works. As Senior Site Manager, you will oversee contract delivery, leading a team of Site Managers and operational staff across multiple workstreams.\n\nClient Details\n\nOur client is a leading property services contractor with a proven track record of delivering high quality works across the social housing sector. With a focus on planned refurbishments, the business partners with housing associations and local authorities to improve homes and communities across the UK.\n\nDescription\n\nLead and manage Site Managers and operational teams delivering planned maintenance works\nOversee kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within social housing properties\nEnsure contracts are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality expectations\nMonitor performance against KPIs, driving continuous improvement\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, , and stakeholders\nEnsure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures\nManage programme planning, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance\nContribute to commercial performance, including cost control and value optimisation \n\nProfile\n\nProven experience in a Contract Manager/Site Manager role within social housing or planned maintenance\nStrong track record delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes\nExperience managing site teams and operational staff\nProven leadership, communication, and management skills\nStrong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements \n\nJob Offer\n\n£55k-£60k base salary\n£6,500 car allowance or company car\nApproximately 15% in annual bonus\n5% employer pension contribution\n26 days AL plus bank holidays\nPrivate healthcare benefits\nClear progression path / opportunities
