Senior Site Manager\n\nLinear Recruitment are partnering with one of the fastest growing main contractors in the UK specialising in successfully delivering building, civil engineering, and steelwork solutions; to assist in placing a Senior Site Manager for their team in West Yorkshire.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * As a Senior Site Manager, you will lead site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\n * Overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.\n\n * Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.\n\n * Monitoring progress against programme and budget, implementing corrective actions where necessary.\n\n * Ensure exceptional quality standards and technical accuracy in all build details.\n\n * Providing regular updates on progress and potential challenges.\n\n * Mentoring and supporting other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.\n\n * Maintaining clear communications with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders.\n\nAbout the Candidate\n\n * Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\n * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Management role within the construction industry.\n\n * Proven track record of delivering projects in the build sector.\n\n * Technical expertise with a deep understanding of construction details and buildability.\n\n * Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.\n\n * Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.\n\n * Relevant qualifications, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.\n\nBenefits Include:\n\n * A salary of £55k - £70k\n\n * Car or car allowance\n\n * Company pension\n\n * Subsidised private medical cover\n\n * Employee assistance and referral programme\n\n * Personal development plans and career progression
