Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager with a background working on construction new build/refurbishment projects?\n\nDo you have experience leading projects within the Education, Healthcare, MOD & Commercial sectors?\n\nApproach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing Main Contractor, who are currently on the look out for a Senior Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis out of their office in Manchester. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, within the Education, Healthcare, MOD & Commercial sectors, ensuring that all works are being completed to budget, deadline and quality demands.\n\nWhat's in it for you?\n\n * Basic salary of upto £65,000 (D.O.E)\n\n * Generous car allowance\n\n * Company bonus structure\n\n * Private medical care\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\n * Prior experience as a Site Manager/Senior Site Manager overseeing Education, Healthcare, MOD & Commerical projects.\n\n * Valid SMSTS\n\n * UK Driving License\n\n * NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Develop detailed construction plans, timelines, and work schedules\n\n * Liaise with the Site Manager to ensure that all works are being completed in a timely manner, whilst maintaining quality in line with company policy.\n\n * Report into the Operations Manager and provide feedback on Project status on\n\n * Pro-actively identify project risks and work extensively to reduce delays.\n\n * Facilitate final inspections and approvals.\n\nIF THIS IS YOU, WHY NOT APPLY NOW
