This is a permanent role as a number 1 site manager on a £11 new build scheme incorporating steel frame and traditional brick and block.

Number 1 Site manager on a £11m new build project
Manage and enforce Health and Safety
Quality monitoring
Subcontractor management
Manage day to day activity
Programme management
The Person

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
Demolition experience preferred
Steel frame new build experience
Good communication skills
IT Literate
Remuneration
