Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Senior Site Manager to join a leading Main Construction Contractor in the Keighley area.

The contractor deliver projects across healthcare, extra care, education, commercial, leisure and more.

Duties Include:

* Managing and overseeing the daily site operations.

* Monitoring site timelines and managing the budgets/resources.

* Promoting a high quality culture, ensuring all health and safety standards are adhered to.

* Liaising with the Contracts Manager, reporting any changes to schedule and planning future work activities.

* Leading and motivating the site teams to ensure that all works are carried out on time.

* Completing daily site diaries.

Experience Required:

Must have:

* Experience working as Senior Site Manager on healthcare construction and refurbishment projects.

* SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works, First Aid.

* Experience delivering schemes over £5million.

Nice to have:

* Degree qualified or HNC/HND qualified.

Remuneration:

The client is offering a salary up to £69,000 (depending on experience) + package for the right candidate.
