O'Neill & Brennan are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a 250-unit residential development in North West London. This is a major scheme requiring a strong external / engineering bias, with hands‑on experience in early‑stage works through to RC frame delivery. You will be joining a reputable main contractor / developer team delivering high‑quality residential units in a fast‑paced London environment. Key Responsibilities
Take full site responsibility for a large-scale residential development (250 units) Lead and coordinate all groundworks, piling, and RC frame packages Manage site logistics, sequencing, and programme delivery from early stages Oversee subcontractors and ensure high standards of workmanship and safety Work closely with engineering teams, project managers, and consultants Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, QA procedures, and project specifications Drive progress reporting, site meetings, and short‑term planning Maintain strong control of cost, programme, and quality targets
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager / Site Manager on large residential schemes in London Strong external works / engineering background essential Demonstrable experience in:
Groundworks Piling RC frame construction
Previous work with a main contractor or developer on residential projects Strong leadership and communication skills Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred), and First Aid Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex build sequences
