Senior Site Manager / Project Manager Up to £65,000 DOE + Car/Allowance + Performance Bonus + Package London Based | Nationwide Travel Commercial Fit-Out | £1m£20m Projects Immediate requirement due to recent project award. A growing main contractor with a strong secured pipeline is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to lead commercial fit-out projects across London and nationwide. Projects include commercial offices, retail environments and specialist facilities (including veterinary practices), ranging from £1m£20m in value. Key Responsibilities Full site leadership from demolition through to handover
Managing demolition, groundworks, structural and fit-out packages
Coordinating M&E and high-spec finishing trades
Driving programme and holding subcontractors accountable
Managing logistics in live and city-centre environments
Ensuring H&S compliance (CDM, RAMS, inductions)
Client-facing reporting and progress meetings
Working closely with commercial teams to protect margin
Requirements Proven delivery of commercial fit-out projects up to £20m
Strong sequencing and buildability knowledge
