We are looking for a proven Senior Site Manager to take full operational control on a high value landmark high-rise, RC frame, multi-room development in Leeds.
This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager who wants:
A flagship, technically challenging project
Full site operational control
High visibility with senior leadership
A clear route toward Project Manager level
Long-term stability with a structured business
This is not a stepping-up role. You must already be operating at Senior Site Manager level on complex high-value schemes.
What We're Looking For
Delivered £40M+ projects start-to-finish
Strong experience in High-Rise construction
Proven track record in RC Frame structures
Background in multi-room developments (hotel, PBSA, residential, healthcare etc.)
Managed large site teams including other managers
Temporary Works Coordinator experience
Comfortable leading large subcontractor packages
Strong commercial awareness
You must be confident managing:
Multiple site managers and package managers
Large labour forces
Complex sequencing and logistics
High-pressure programme environments
