They provide a full turnkey service — design, off-site modular manufacturing, on-site assembly, fit-out and delivery of SMART, low-carbon buildings.\n\nThey are known for redefining the modular sector by producing architecturally diverse, bespoke buildings, rather than standardised products, and for their focus on sustainability, innovation and high-performance environments.\n\nThe Role\n\nI am seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join this growing modular contractor. This is a roaming, site-based role managing projects across the UK.

You will take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of modular construction projects, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality and programme performance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage and lead day-to-day site operations for modular building projects.\n\nEnsure strict adherence to health & safety standards and exercise stop-work authority when required.\n\nOversee project programmes, ensuring works stay on schedule and within budget.\n\nCoordinate subcontractors, labour and site resources.\n\nConduct regular quality inspections and maintain compliance with specifications and building regulations.\n\nProvide accurate, timely progress reporting to the operations team.\n\nBuild and motivate a high-performing site team, maintaining a positive and engaging site culture.\n\nWork from BIM-based documentation and ensure all site personnel operate from correct drawing revisions.\n\nCandidate Profile\n\nStrong background as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager, ideally within modular construction or MMC.\n\nExcellent leadership and people management skills.\n\nHighly organised, with strong communication and stakeholder-coordination abilities.\n\nProactive problem-solver with a keen eye for quality and detail.\n\nSkilled at reading and interpreting technical drawings/BIM models.\n\nAble to travel and work on sites across the UK as required.\n\nPackage & Benefits\n\nCompetitive salary reflective of seniority.\n\nCar allowance or equivalent travel support.\n\nGenerous holiday entitlement.\n\nLife assurance and access to a range of employee wellbeing benefits.\n\nProfessional development and training opportunities.\n\nChance to work with one of the most innovative modular specialists in the UK
