Are you a proven Senior Site Manager ready to take full No.1 responsibility on a high-quality residential scheme?

ACR are seeking a strong, experienced No.1 Senior Site Manager to lead a traditional build housing development near Cambridge, incorporating a small but important refurbishment element.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a well-planned, quality-led residential project with long-term pipeline security.

The Role

As the No.1 on site, you will:

* Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations.

* Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.

* Drive programme, quality, and health & safety standards.

* Oversee traditional build construction from groundwork through to completion.

* Manage and integrate a small refurbishment package within the wider development.

* Maintain strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders.

* Ensure NHBC compliance and deliver high-quality finishes.

About You

We are looking for a confident and proactive leader who:

* Has strong experience as a No.1 Site Manager on traditional build residential developments.

* Has delivered projects from inception through to handover.

* Demonstrates excellent leadership and organisational skills.

* Is commercially aware and programme-focused.

* Has experience managing refurbishment works alongside new build (advantageous).

* Holds valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications.
