We are working with one of the UK’s most recognisable developers, known for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use schemes across London and the South East. With a proven track record in creating landmark developments, they are now seeking a Senior Site Manager to take the lead on a major reinforced concrete (RC) frame development in London.

The Role

As Senior Site Manager, you will be the No.1 on-site lead responsible for driving delivery of a multi-phase, high-rise RC frame project through to completion. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a proactive and detail-focused individual with strong RC frame experience and the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and interfaces with technical and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards Oversee and manage all health & safety procedures and site compliance Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades across various project phases Liaise closely with internal departments (technical, commercial, design) to resolve issues and drive progress Monitor programme, logistics, materials, and labour Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and chair regular site meetings Ensure strong site documentation and compliance with NHBC or relevant warranties

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or similar role, ideally with a leading developer or Tier 1 main contractor Strong track record delivering RC frame developments – high-rise or large-scale residential SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card ), First Aid Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety standards Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate site teams Able to identify and solve problems proactively and efficiently London project experience highly desirable
