Senior Construction Manager – CAT B Fit Out, Canary Wharf

Day Rate: Up to £370 per day CIS

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Project Value: Circa £20 million CAT B FIT OUT

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the delivery of a high-profile CAT B Fit Out project valued at £20 million.

* Act as a primary client-facing representative, ensuring exceptional communication and stakeholder management.

* Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, consultants, and internal staff, to achieve project milestones.

* Utilize Procore for project management and documentation.

* Oversee all construction activities in alignment with RIBA stages, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

* Drive quality, safety, and cost efficiency across the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience managing large-scale projects, preferably within CAT B Fit Out.

* Proficiency in Procore project management software.

* Comprehensive understanding of RIBA stages and main contracting experience.

* Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.

* Ability to write your own programme schedules for packages
