OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the construction of a 68-home residential development in Gravesend. This is a key role responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesFull on-site management of the residential development from start through to completionManaging site teams, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsuring all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and building regulationsMaintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and housekeepingProgramming and coordinating works to meet project milestonesConducting site meetings and reporting progress to senior managementManaging snagging, handovers, and final completionsLiaising with clients, consultants, and local authorities as requiredRequirementsProven experience as a Senior Site Manager (or experienced Site Manager ready to step up) on residential housing projectsStrong background in traditional or mixed-tenure housing developmentsSMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certificationsExcellent leadership, organisational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and maintain programme under pressureStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWhat We OfferOpportunity to lead a well-planned residential scheme from start to finishCompetitive salary and package (depending on experience)Supportive management team and long-term career prospectsStable pipeline of residential projectsHow to ApplyIf you are a driven and experienced Senior Site Manager looking for your next challenge in Gravesend, we would love to hear from you.
