Senior Site Manager Location: Edinburgh Salary: £65,000 – £74,000 + £6,000 car allowance Bonus: Up to 20% based on KPIs
I'm recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client – a highly regarded national housebuilder known for delivering high-spec residential sites with consistency, pride, and professionalism.
They’re now looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to lead one of their most important developments – someone who can take control from groundworks through to final handover, while maintaining tight standards on quality, safety, and programme.
This isn’t a firefighting role or a rescue mission. It’s a chance to step into a well-resourced, well-planned build with a business that sets you up to succeed – and expects the same in return.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading your site team and subcontractors from day one through to final handover Driving quality on every plot – right first time, every time Maintaining best-in-class health & safety culture Ensuring customer satisfaction scores are where they should be – high Reporting and collaborating with senior leadership to deliver results What They’re Looking For:
